Cre8ive Demographics grew out of our own frustration with expensive, time-consuming demographic data processes. We built the tools we wished existed — and made them available to everyone.
As a marketing agency, we were spending hours every week generating drive time demographic reports in QGIS — loading shapefiles, running spatial joins, calculating weighted averages, then formatting everything into a presentable output for clients.
The process was accurate but brutally slow. And the tools that existed were either too expensive for small teams or too technical for non-GIS users.
So we built our own system. It uses the same exact methodology as a manual QGIS workflow — address-level point-in-polygon counts, coverage-adjusted weighting — but delivers the output in under 60 seconds via a browser.
Our demographic dataset is built from multiple authoritative UK data sources, aggregated and processed at postcode sector level.
